Miller, Paul A.

Beginning in rural West Virginia and encompassing an academic career of some 75 years, Paul Miller served as president of two major universities, provost of a third one, Director of the Michigan Cooperative Extension Service and the first assistant secretary in the U.S. Department of Health Education and Welfare. He was the chair of planning committees for new academic institutions in Charlotte, North Carolina and Bogota, Colombia.
