Miller, James I.

Miller was born in Ohio. He did his undergraduate work at Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio, and his graduate work at Wichita State University. After serving as an officer in the U.S. Air Force for eight years, he taught English and accounting on the post-secondary level in Wichita, Kansas. He remained active in the Kansas Air National Guard, where he is currently employed as a civilian avionics technician.
