Miller, Ann Ulrich

Ann Ulrich Miller has written novels under the name Ann Carol Ulrich. Born in Madison, Wisconsin as Ann Schumacher, she grew up in the suburb of Monona. She married Jeff Ulrich in 1972, and attended Michigan State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing. In 1978 she moved with her husband and toddler son to Aspen, Colorado, where she worked for The Aspen Times. After the birth of her second son in November 1980, she went to work for the Snowmass Village Sun. The move to Colorado was the beginning of her esoteric spiritual awakening.
