Jeffrey F. Milem is the Ernest W. McFarland Distinguished Professor in Leadership for Education Policy and Reform in the College of Education at the University of Arizona. He is a Professor in the Center for the Study of Higher Education and Director of the Arizona Medical Education Research Institute (AMERI). Previously, he served as Department Head for the Department of Educational Policy Studies & Practice as well as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the College.
