William Micklem has been a national coach for the Irish Horse Board and trainer director at Gleneagles' Mark Phillips Equestrian Center. In addition to being a television commentator and contributor to equestrian journals, he has also discovered several top-quality horses, including Bico, Custom Made, and Gilt Edge.
