Lynn Michelsohn combined longstanding interests in both the Galapagos Islands and its early visitors to create the Galapagos Islands Nature Series, illustrated by Moses Michelsohn's wildlife photography. Like early visitors, biologist and nature photographer Moses Michelsohn found birds on the Galapagos Islands fascinating, but tree frogs in Ecuador, Costa Rica, and the southeastern United States remain his primary research interest.
