I am a mother, author of short stories, children's books and poetry. I have always had a deep appreciation and love for words, and their power to move people, and fire the imagination. This love began when I learned to read. I would sneak away to a quiet place and wrap up in a blanket and bury my nose in a book for hours on end. I had great fun exploring wild science fiction adventures, and get caught up in the romance of the classics.
