Joan Johnson-Brewer was born in Washington, DC, in November of 1960. A high school graduate who continued her education; achieving a two-year Certification in Business Administrative Office Management. She recently earned a Florida Child Care Professional Certification and is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education.
