Megan Meyerson graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a K-12 Spanish Education degree. After spending a semester as a substitute teacher in the Lincoln Public Schools district, she accepted a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Aracaju, Sergipe, Brasil. She spent 9 months teaching for Ingles Sem Fronteiras, a program at the Universidade Federal de Sergipe that prepares students for the exam necessary to study in the United States.
