Meurn, Robert J.

Robert J. Meurn, the principal author of the third edition, is professor emeritus in the Department of Marine Transportation at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in nautical science from the academy and his Master of Arts in higher education from The George Washington University.
