Mesko, Sabrina

Sabrian Mesko is the author of The Yoga Dance Book, and is a lecturer, teacher, and graduate of the Yoga College of India. She has studied and practiced with many renowned yoga masters, who instructed her in the ancient art of the mudra. Sabrina holds a doctorate from the American Institute of Holistic Theology.
