Dete Meserve is an award-winning author living in Los Angeles, California. When she's not writing, Meserve is president of Wind Dancer Films, a film and television production company based in Los Angeles. The company has created such television hits as "Roseanne" and "Home Improvement." In addition, Wind Dancer has produced successful films such as "What Women Want," "Bernie," the award-winning comedy starring Jack Black and Academy Award winner Matthew McConaughey, among many other films. Meserve lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children-and a cat that rules them all.
