Marina Press is associate director at Bernarducci Meisel Gallery, an independent curator, and an art lover. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Marina was exposed to the arts from a very early age. Visiting museums such as the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, Russia and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York with her art collector parents triggered her interest in the fine arts. Growing up in the melting pot that is New York City has harvested her interest in artwork pertaining to "identity."
