Josabeth Mejia began writing as a young girl, hoping to escape the harsh reality of life, wanting to make sense of the world, and wondering why no one, not a one, was brave enough to just explain it. Writing proved to be a valuable healing tool. Josabeth enjoys volunteering with local organizations that assist children in need. She is an advocate and does social work in Downtown Los Angeles.
