Meisel, Martin

Martin Meisel is the Brander Matthews Professor Emeritus of Dramatic Literature (the oldest such chair in America). He is the author of Shaw and the Nineteenth-Century Theater (Princeton and Oxford), Realizations: Narrative, Pictorial, and Theatrical Arts in Nineteenth-Century
