Meerkov, Semyon M.

Semyon M. Meerkov has been a Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan since 1984. He received his Ph.D. in Systems Science from the Institute of Control Sciences in Moscow, Russia, in 1966, where he remained until 1977. He then moved to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology and subsequently to Michigan in 1984.
