Meara, Bill

Bill Meara is a Foreign Service officer in the U.S. Department of State. As a diplomat he has served in Honduras, Spain, The Dominican Republic, Portugal (The Azores), the UK, and Italy. Prior to joining the State Department he was a U.S. Army officer.
