Donna McManus has been experimenting in the kitchen since the age of 10. Her passion for baking with herbs, edible flowers and teas have expanded to include gourmet jams and jellies. She has owned a successful tea business which included specialty gourmet teas and related products. Her talents and experiences open numerous avenues as a pastry chef (The Sugared Violet), freelance writer, photographer, and author.
