Professor Ian McLoughlin spent fifteen years working for the electronics R&D industry and over ten years in academia. He has consulted and worked in five countries on three continents and presented his work to government science ministers of the UK, Russia, the USA, Malaysia, Taiwan and New Zealand and to the President of Singapore.
