An historian of nonconformity and head of the Unitarian College at Manchester, Herbert McLachlan has also authored books "English Education Under the Test Acts: being the history of the nonconformist academies, 1662-1820" and "The Religious Opinions of Milton, Locke, and Newton." Dr. Paul Rich is a life member of both the American and British Bibliographical Societies, as well as a long time member of the American Library Association, the Book Club of California, and the Washington Rare Books Group.
