Deborah McKenzie has worked in Corporate America for most of her career. In her various positions, she has written articles for several professional journals and drafted instruction and training manuals. As a working woman, wife and mother of three, she constantly juggled with finding the right balance between work and family. When her kids became adults, she finally was able to achieve that balance.
