McGrath, Michael J.

Michael J. Gargas McGrath is senior program analyst and project director in energy public policy and technology assessment at Systems Consultants, Inc., Washington, D.C. Dr. McGrath has taught political science and international relations at the University of Minnesota, Purdue University, Northwestern University, and Brown University. His publications include Liberalism and the Modern Polity (1978) and a report prepared for the U.S. Department of Energy, Productivity and Government Regulation in the U.S. Coal Industry (1979).
