Heather McGhee lives in central Arkansas, sharing her life and days with her loving, playful husband, her two equally-playful children, a cat which only tolerates her, and the swarms of mosquitoes that make the summer nights interesting. As a child, writing was her dream, but as an adult, writing has become her obsession, resulting in unusual side-effects, such as selective-hearing and discriminatory blindness to the chaos around her.
