Paul McGee is an international speaker, workshop leader, author of books and audio programmes and proud creator of S.U.M.O. (Shut Up, Move On).

Paul's main aim in life is to help others S.U.M.O., whilst having plenty of fun in the process. He has spread the word about S.U.M.O. in seventeen countries across the globe.
