McElroy, Jerome E.

McElroy is Executive Director of the New York City Criminal Justice Agency, a nonprofit agency that provides pretrial services to the city's criminal courts. He was an Associate Director of the Vera Institute of Justice for a number of years. He was Deputy Administrator of the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. He was a member of faculty at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Fordham College, and Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work, and serves as an adjuct faculty member to the New York City Police Academy.
