Robert McCorquodale is Professor of International Law and Human Rigts at the University of Nottingham. He has written extensively on international law and has provided advice and training on international legal issues for governments, groups and organisations worldwide. Martin Dixon is a Lecturer in Law at Cambridge University and a Fellow of Queens' College, Cambridge. He is the author of Textbook on International Law and has recently completed a period of secondment in the legal office of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency in Vienna.
