McCormick, Richard W.

Richard W. McCormick is Professor of German at the University of Minnesota, where his research and teaching are focused primarily on German cinema. He is the author of Politics of the Self: Feminism and the Postmodern in West German Literature and Film (1991) and Gender and Sexuality in Weimar Modernity: Film, Literature, and New Objectivity (Palgrave, 2001); he co-edited the anthologies Gender and German Cinema: Feminist Interventions (1993) and German Essays on Film (2004).
