The author has over 25 years of non-profit management, event production and business consulting experience. Ms. McCloud founded her first successful marketing company at age 21; which led to a number of years in non-profit management. While a Chamber of Commerce Executive, she promoted her first large concert - Jan & Dean and The Beach Boys. She promoted all types of genres - Rock to Swing to Country and everything in between. Ms. McCloud has broad expertise in finance, strategic planning and organization operations.
