McCleary, Rollan

Rollan McCleary is of Irish and Australian nationalities, a doctor of religious studies from Queensland University published in mainly religion though he has also produced drama and poetry. His "The Expansion of God" in 1982 on the relations between Christianity and Asian cultures was a critical success and his "A Special Illumination: Authority, Inspiration and Heresy in Gay Spirituality" (2005) caused some controversy internationally.
