McClard, Stephen T.

Stephen T. McClard has been the Director of Bands at Bolivar High School, Bolivar, Missouri since 2002. Mr. McClard graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1990. He started his teaching career in Southeast Missouri in 1990 before moving to Illinois where he taught band for 8 years. Mr. McClard's bands have consistently received superior ratings at contest as well as many other awards and accolades.
