McBratney, Alex B.

Alex. B McBratney is Pro-Dean and Professor of Soil Science in the Faculty of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources, The University of Sydney, Australia. He is Director of the Australian Centre for Precision Agriculture and also a visiting professor at the National Soil Research Institute, Cranfield University, UK. He is joint editor-in-chief of the journal Geoderma and co-editor of the books Digital Soil Mapping: An Introductory Perspective, Developments in Soil Science 31 (Elsevier, Amsterdam, 2007) and Digital Soil Mapping with Limited Data (Springer, 2008).
