Maxwell, Ruth H.

Ruth H. Maxwell is an established author of children's books and short stories. She has written a syndicated column, Revolutionary Times: 200 Years Ago Today, and contributes to many magazines. Ms. Maxwell holds a doctorate in education, a master's degree in special education, and a bachelor's degree in education and psychology.
