Keith Masters has a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in special education. He is a teacher, and speeches hold a special place in teachers' careers. He gives at least five speeches every day, and teacher re-certification requires a great deal of ongoing training. That means taking classes and attending conferences. Unfortunately, most of these classes and conferences are snooze festivals because the professors or presenters don't prepare enough for their work.
