Holly Masri LOVES beautiful children's picture-books-- and will cheerfully read them aloud at any time, to anybody who will listen. She has a huge pile of them, collected over the years, including many tattered favorites from her own childhood. They follow her around, wherever she goes. Holly is an artist and author, a poet, playwright, actor, singer and musician. She lives in a tiny apartment in Alexandria with her brilliant, patient and loving husband, one feline paperweight, one feline vacuum cleaner, and Lola, a sweet but domineering cherry-headed conure.
