Martin, Ruth R.

Martin is Associate Professor and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the University of Connecticut, School of Social Work, in West Hartford. She received her bachelor's degree in secondary education from Tuskegee Institute and her master's degree in social work and her doctorate in professional higher education administration from the University of Connecticut.
