Katie Marsh is an indie author, wife, and mother of two. Life is always exciting and new to her, with the next project, business, or cause right around the corner. With health and fitness as lifelong passions, she spent time as an Ironman triathlete in the '90s and attended a vegetarian cooking school in 2000.
