Markus, Ustina

Ustina Markus is a professor of global politics and political economy at the Kazakh Institute for Economics, Management, and Strategic Research in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She is the coeditor of the "Brassey's Eurasian Security Yearbook" and the "Brassey's Central and East European Security Yearbook" (Brassey's, Inc., 2002).
