David Markham is executive vice president and editor in chief of the International Napoleonic Society, as well as executive vice president of the Napoleonic Alliance. A respected scholar, Markham's work has been published in the Consortium on Revolutionary Europe, The Royal United Services Institute Journal, Napoleonic Scholarship: The Journal of the International Napoleonic Society, and Etudes Napoleoniennes.
