Barbara Mark-Dreyfuss, born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, attended the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Hospital School of Radiology Technology and the College for Financial Planning. Barbara raised her three children in St. Louis Park, Minnesota where she was an active participant in a variety of community activities.
