Cheryl Lashmit lives in Colorado, with her husband Jim, their son, Phillip, and two dogs, Sadie and Jessa. She enjoyed reading children's books to her son when he was little and dreamt of one day being able to write one. I am Truly Loved is the culmination of all those dreams.
