Mallen, Lisa

"Besides creating stories for her children's elementary school classes, author Lisa Mallen has written for three newspapers and a national magazine. She has also taught preschool, worked as a children's storyteller and initiated several neighborhood summer reading and writing clubs. Dedicated to nurturing a love for literature in youngsters, it is no surprise that Lisa's dream of becoming a children's author has come true with the publication of Elton the Elf. Lisa lives in Naperville, Illinois with her husband and three children."
