Sedrak A.Sedrakyan is a candidate of Psychological Sciences, Ph.D. He is the founder and Rector of the University of Practical Psychology and Sociology ' 'Urartu''. Sedrak Sedrakyan has been the head of the ''Association of the Practical Psychologists'' NGO since 1999. He has participation and lectures at 28th International Conference of Psychologists in China and in D&M Educational Foundation Faculty in California, as well as in Sweden, France, Canada, Greece.
