Mahnken, Thomas Gilbert

Thomas G. Mahnken is deputy assistant secretary of defense for policy planning. He wrote this book while a professor of strategy at the U.S. Naval War College and a fellow at the Merrill Center for Strategic Studies at Johns Hopkins University's Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
