Dan Maguire spent his formative years in Western New York. As a young adult he resigned himself to the fact he'd need to acquire a skill others found useful. Pursuant to this end he moved to Wisconsin and has lived there since. He's spent the intervening years improvising his way through a mathematical career while never letting go of his literary aspirations.
