Maggio, Mike

Mike Maggio was born in New York City, spent a great deal of time in Los Angeles and the Middle East, and now lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and family, including a green-cheeked conure named Zippy and three parakeets. He attended Queen's College (CUNY), where he studied Creative Writing and Literature, The New School, where he studied filmmaking, the University of Southern California, where he obtained a degree in Applied Linguistics, and George Mason University, where he received his MFA.
