Carl Vinson is a State of Florida employee living in Tallahassee, Florida. Carl has worked in retail most of his life, including the food industry. He owned and operated a video store for 10 years. He loves music, movies, and books. In Full Motion is his third novel. Bill Hayes has become a part of his life and continues to inspire him. Carl lives with his wife Melissa, in Tallahassee, Florida, along with their two dogs, who supply them with plenty of action and adventure.
