D.T.E. Madden is a lawyer by training and a writer by trade. He's a story teller, a gardener, a brewer, and a fisherman by passion. Madden first started what would later grow into his first full-length novel, "Slow Boil Rising," in 2002. Two short stories, "The Trial of Reginald Bowperson" and "A Well Organized Protest" formed the backbone of the fictional universe for "Slow Boil Rising" and the world it occupies in the year 0039.
