MacDonald, Dwight

Dwight Macdonald, a journalist, was a member of the "New York intellectuals," whose literary and political exploits in the 1930s and 1940s have been magnified by legend. Born in 1906, Macdonald was a staff writer on The New Yorker when he wrote this book.
