Lynch, Rita Frost

Lynch enrolled at Middle Tennessee State University at the age of 44 and graduated at age 49. She has three children and two grandchildren. She is also very active in the community, serving on Boards for the Tennessee Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the Oaklands Historic House Museum.
