Kenneth Lynch, a retired Naval Officer, has worked as an educator, a custodian, and, most importantly, as a writer. In addition to several essays submitted to the Chicken Soup For the Soul series, he is the author of Shag Carpet Toilet, the story of a 14 year old boy from Stratford, Connecticut during the Summer of 1972. He lives in Hilltown, Pennsylvania with his wife, daughter, and Icelandic Sheepdog. Their son, a college graduate, ironically makes his home in Norfolk, Virginia.
